The Administration Factor

The Asset Factor ties in neatly with the Administration Factor because you are responsible for what is deposited in your life.

If your abilities are to be developed into powerful tools, only you can decide that! If your abilities will lie dormant and never be of use to you or anyone else, only you can decide that!

Administration of your life is your responsibility!

If you don’t design your own life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.

The Administration Factor is your stewardship status of God’s personal investments in your life; and believe me, what you do with that investment, has a significant impact on how successful your life becomes.

There is something I called the 10x Increase Principle.

It comes from one of the stories Jesus told about a rich man who had 3 servants. Before he went away, he left each of them in charge of a certain portion of his wealth according to their administrative abilities and gave each of them talents [monetary possessions].

According to some scholars, a talent was a very large sum of money. Some conservative estimates in today’s currency put it around $30,000.

So, let’s use that figure for this example.

One servant got 5 talents [$150,000}, the other servant got 2 talents [$60,000] , and that last servant got 1 talent {$30,000].

Well, to make a long story short, when the rich man returned he found that the servant with 5 talents had invested and increased his share by 5 more talents a total of 10 talents [$300,000].

The servant who was given the 2 talents, had also invested wisely and brought 2 more talents to his boss for a total of 4 [$120,000].

But the servant with the 1 talent had all kinds of excuses and sad stories about why he couldn’t invest etc. As a matter of fact, he didn’t even put the money in a bank to gather interest – he buried in in the ground.

The rich man not only got rid of the unprofitable servant, but he took the little that he was given, and gave it to the one with 10 talents who was a better administrator.

“Increase Always Comes To Better Administrators”.

You must always strive to be productive with what little you have and expansion will occur automatically.

Every great company was built from a small start-up with very little capital. But by using its limited resources and offering its products and services, more and more people bought and added more resources to its business until it exploded with success.

Question is – What about your company – YOUR LIFE!
